Våra pilatesklasser innebär gruppträning med en pilatesinstruktör. Oavsett dina tidigare träningserfarenheter eller träningsnivå kommer du att utmanas på våra klasser. Vi anpassar träningen efter våra deltagare. Våra klasser är klassisk pilates på matta eller reformer, med eller utan små redskap såsom; hantlar eller magic circle. Fokus är på styrka, rörlighet, stretch, andning och balans. Om du har begränsad fysisk kapacitet som du känner är ett hinder för att kunna delta i klasserna erbjuder vi personlig träning anpassad för dig, så att du kan känna dig bekväm med träning och metoder. PILATES MAT
Free to try out a mat class!
Use code FTTCMattklass
We work out on the mat, with or without equipment such as dumbbells, magic circle or mini magic circle. Focus is on technique. While you learn the exercises in more detail, we try to find what we call "flow" in the exercises. You will be in constant movement for 45/55 minutes. In this class you will build up your strength, increase your mobility and endurance.
No prior knowledge is required.

REFORMER BEGINNERS
Curious about trying Pilates on the reformer?
This class is for those who want to try pilates on the reformer apparatus. We go through basic exercises and techniques that help you train the whole body in an effective and gentle way. Whether you are completely new or have experience with pilates on the mat, you will feel welcome in our beginner class. Together, we create a positive and inspiring environment where you can develop at your own pace.
No prior knowledge is required.

REFORMER INTERMED.
In this class you get the chance to work out on our Reformer apparatus. The reformer is an apparatus invented by J. Pilates and his brother, built of wood and ingeniously composed with springs to give you the appropriate amount of resistance while you work out. The name comes from the fact that the device was described as "universally reforming the body".
